Using Womble

Womble.fun is a free website with daily puzzles, archived games, scores, and optional player accounts. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Womble.

This website is intended for people aged 13 or older. If you are under the age of legal adulthood where you live, use Womble with permission from a parent or guardian.

Accounts and profiles

You can play without an account. To save registered scores and appear on the leaderboard, you need an account. Choose a username you have the right to use, keep your password private, and do not access someone else’s account.

Usernames, join dates, game statistics, and leaderboard scores are public. Your profile picture is public only if you choose to make it public. Email addresses used for recovery are private. You are responsible for what you upload or choose to share publicly.

Fair play

• Play using the website’s normal game controls. Do not use bots, scripts, account switching, or other tricks to manipulate scores or bypass daily attempt limits.
• Do not interfere with the website, overload it, exploit bugs, or try to access private accounts or data.
• Do not post offensive, threatening, harassing, impersonating, or unlawful usernames or profile pictures.
• Report bugs or suspicious behavior to womblesupport@gmail.com instead of exploiting them.

Scores, daily games, and archives

Womble publishes daily puzzles on a UTC schedule until October 13, 2026, and at midnight Eastern Time from then on. Game rules, scoring, and available features may change as we improve the site. Past puzzles are available for practice; archive practice does not affect daily scores, streaks, or leaderboard ranks.

Some questions are AI-assisted and can contain mistakes. We may correct, remove, or replace inaccurate questions and invalid scores. We cannot guarantee that every puzzle will be unique or that the site will always be available.

Your content and our content

You keep ownership of profile pictures and other content you upload. You give Womble permission to store and display that content as needed to provide your chosen features, including public display when you opt in. Only upload content you have the right to share.

Womble’s original site design, games, text, and branding belong to their respective owners. You may use the website for personal, noncommercial play, but you may not copy the site or republish its game content without permission.

Account moderation and deletion

We may restrict, suspend, or delete accounts or scores that break these rules, put users at risk, or harm the website. Where practical, we will try to act reasonably and address mistakes.

You can delete your account from your account settings. Deleting your account removes your account and scored game records from the active database, subject to the limitations described in our Privacy Policy.

Cost and outside services

Womble’s current games are free. If we introduce optional paid features in the future, we will explain their prices and terms before any purchase. We do not currently offer paid subscriptions on the site.

Womble uses external infrastructure providers to run the service and deliver recovery emails. Links to other websites may have their own rules and policies.

Availability and liability

Womble is provided on an “as available” basis. We work to keep it accurate and reliable, but bugs, outages, lost streaks, or incorrect questions may happen. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Womble is not responsible for indirect losses arising from using the site.

Nothing in these terms removes rights that you have under applicable consumer or privacy laws.

Changes and questions

We may update these terms as Womble grows. We will post the revised text and update the effective date. Continued use after changes take effect means you agree to the updated terms where permitted by law.
